This parking sensor uses a radar system to assist you when parking. A high-speed microcomputer manipulates the signals from 4 ultrasonic detectors to work out precisely how far an obstacle is from your car. Your cars position is informed by an increasing audible signal to advise you of the distance of an object.
Parking Sensors are a modern supervisory system. They check and inform the driver of the distance behind the vehicle during parking procedures and warn acoustically against distances, which are determined through the device. A parking sensor provides assistance when parking and does not relieve the driver of the attention required. The kit consists of 4 ultrasonic sensors and one Control Box (including a speaker inside).

How easy is it to fit?
The system is pre-wired and ready to plug together. The systems require just two connections to the vehicle
(1) Reversing light
(2) Earth
The models with digital display and combined front & rear kits take a little longer to fit.
Do I need to drill any holes in my car?
Yes, to recess the sensors into the rear or front bumper. Our Parking Sensor systems come complete with a 20mm drill bit for precision installation
Do I need any special tools?
You will need either a 20mm or 22mm Drill Bit and Polishing Head to fit the Recessed Sensors. You will also need a drill, pliers and a screwdriver set.
