We currently use the Post Office and Parcel Force for all our items. This means that all the items we dispatch have tracking numbers and can be followed from dispatch to point of delivery.

Nothing is hidden and there are no extra fees to pay at the checkout.
All delivery fees are included in the price unless stated otherwise.
What you see is what you pay.
All items that are delivered must be signed for.
Once you sign for the delivery you are signing that the item reached you in perfect condition.
We request that when you take delivery you inspect the package first before you sign for it.
All items are checked before they leave our warehouse for damage.
If you find your item is damaged you must inform the driver and not take delivery of the item, the driver will then sign the delivery note as damaged. You must then inform us and if possible take pictures of the damaged item and email them to us, we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
All delivery costs include packaging and handling fees.
All postal costs are covered by the buyer, so should you return an item it is at your cost.
