Just a quick one to thank Global Alarms for the continuous support they provide. Overthe years i have purchased 4 x Defender Systems/Keypads, Extra Alarm Fobs, Window contact and more. They have protected our business and home very effeciently and even with an adaption to a PIR and a bit of Heath Robinson I to managed to protect a few hundred Christmas Trees over the past years. Whenever i have had a problem or forgotten something to do with the Alarm - global have always been on hand and been extremely helpful. Great products and at Value for money price. I can't praise Global Gadgets highly enough. I contacted Dan by email asking for his advice which we then took. Our alarm arrived very promptly and was already programmed as promised. After setting it up we were unable to get the GSM unit to work. We phoned Dan who talked us through our set-up. The unit appeared to be faulty so we returned it and Dan contacted us by email to give a commentary as to what was happening. Long story/ short we received a new GSM unit ( very quickly) which we have attached and it seems to be working well. Will contact

I have just installed the Sentry Plus GSM system and Solar Siren. All i can say is its a great system. Very cost effective over the well known alarm brands, without compromising quality. The solar siren when activated is great at throwing the sound around the whole street and the LED's make it easy to see which siren is going off. I had a few problems with the GSM unit but the aftersales support was great and friendly and i was sorted out very quickly. The ease of using a top up sim card for the GSM unit to ring my mobile when the alarm goes off is fantastic compared to paying a monthly monitoring fee. ALL IN ALL = GREAT SYSTEM AND SERVICE. Will use Global Gadgets and sentry again.

Purchased the Defender Alarm Unit almost 2 years ago, Only problems experienced to date were resolved within minutes by replacement batteries and a Sim card which was blocked by the provider. Global Gadgets Staff were very helpful and professional at all times even when system was out of warranty, I personally would highly recommend using their equipment and their service. Several systems were eventually purchased by other family members and friends on my say so.

I phoned up and asked for a alarm system but after speaking to the team they advised me that what I wanted was overkill for my house. They actually advised for a cheaper solution saving me money. When the alarm system was delivered next day we set it up as per their instructions and it worked a treat. We bought a Defender house alarm system for around £200. Before this we were on a support contract with a well known house hold name. We paid a lot of money for what seemed like knowthing. However cancelling the contract and buying na alarm form this company was the best thing we did. In fact it was our friends that told us about this company. The level of support and help is amazing, they really do go out of their way to help you. We have told everyone we know about them and reccomend Global Gadgets all the time. the alarm even sends us a text message to the mobile phone when we have a powercut.

1. When you contact them you deal with someone who knows what they are talking about.

I called on Monday and after 20 minutes of speaking to Spencer he had worked out what I needed to have and what was best for me and not what he wanted to sell to me (I bought a cheaper alarm than I wanted to buy)He gave me lots of advice and information and sent me copies of user manuals as well. To my surprise the alarm was at my door at 0930 the following morning. Amazing cant say more than that

As I explained we have been installing another manufacturers equipment but has been going up in price so much, they have now blown themselves out of the water.
